Pre - Tournament Important Dates
July 24th
Or within 7 days of registration, you'll receive a 'WHS/GHIN verification' form to verify you keep a valid Handicap Index. Those unable to complete this form need to contact tournament staff to find an alternative handicap prior to the August 14th submission period.
Most online handicap services that have been valid in the past are no longer able to correctly calculate a Handicap Index. All Handicap Indexes MUST be kept through your State or Allied Golf Association.

August 11th
All eligible scores for World Am participants must be posted to an official WHS/GHIN handicap by this time.
August 12th
All World Am participant handicaps are requested via e-mail. This is the most important date to know! Handicap submissions require a timely response. Filling out your earlier in the year is not a substitute for this form.
If you are unable to use a computer at this time it is recommended you contact staff ahead of time. (CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT)
August 15th
All World Am participants handicap forms are due. Any participant that fails to meet this deadline may be deemed ineligible for prizes.
August 20th*
The expected date all participants will be informed of their 4 golf courses for tournament week! *Or the most timely manner feasible given user submissions.

Tournament Rounds 1 - 4
50+ Host Courses throughout the Golf Capital of the World
Tee times starts daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am
An 8:30 am shotgun start will be in place for all tournament rounds held at the following courses due to course design:
Wild Wing, Myrtlewood-Palmetto,
Barefoot-Fazio/Norman, Lockwood Folly
6:00 - 9:00 PM nightly 19th Hole • Myrtle Beach Convention Center

Flight Winner's Playoff
7:30 AM - 9:30 AM tee times
All flight winners and ties + top 5 in pairs competition, advance to the championship round for the chance to be crowned World Champion!
