"The Players Club" aka Gross Division

For 33 years, we've hosted the largest amateur golf event in the World in a handicapped format.  Over the years, we've heard your feedback in regards to hosting a gross event within the World Am.
Congratulations to

Kevin Fajt of Greensburg, PA

on taking home the Gross Championship Title in 2016!

For a fourth year we will be offering a competition for those who wish to compete ONLY in gross stroke play.  This tournament will be a PGA TOUR style event in which all participants play from the same championship tee boxes and play without a handicap. The format will remain the same as the rest of the World Am, with 72 holes of stroke play on four different courses along the Grand Strand.

The top finishers of the gross division will also get a chance to play on Friday's Championship round for the chance to be crowned the 2017 World Amateur Gross Champion.

If you are interested in playing in the gross division, please contact tournament staff at 1-800-833-8798.  If you are already registered in the tournament's handicap division and would like to compete in the gross division instead, please let us know so we can change your profile.
