Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
- Management and the Exhibitor: The word “Management” used herein, or in subsequent regulations shall mean World Amateur Handicap Championship employees or agents acting for them during the management of the Expo. Management shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of the rules contained herein, and the power to make, from time to time, such amendments thereto they deem necessary for the proper conduct of the Expo.
- Payment: All applications must include a credit card for holding regardless of payment method. If full payment is not received by June 15, 2026 the exhibitor may be subject to forfeit their booth space and may be given to another exhibitor on the waiting list for the show. Payment includes a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, carpet, 6 exhibitor badges, and wireless internet per 10×10 space.
- Cancelation: The Exhibitor specifically recognizes and acknowledges that Management may be harmed if the Exhibitor cancels its exhibit space. If the Exhibitor wishes to cancel this contract, the exhibitor may only do so by giving notice in writing to Management. Cancelations received on or prior to June 15, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancelations made on or after June 16, 2026 and on or prior to July 16, 2026 will forfeit their original deposit, or 50% of the price of their booth if the booth was purchased for the full amount. Cancelations made on or after July 17, 2026 will receive no refund for any reason
- Character of Exhibits: Management reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, or activity at an exhibit, which in its opinion is not suitable for the Expo. This reservation concerns persons, things, decorations, conduct, printed material, souvenirs, catalogs, and all other things, which affect the character of the Expo, or any event sponsors. Management reserves the right to limit the number of companies exhibiting similar or related product lines. Furthermore, Management cannot guarantee that companies exhibiting similar products or a company’s competitor will not be located in a nearby or adjoining space.
- Vacation Destinations: All vacation destinations outside of the Myrtle Beach area will be unable to exhibit at the 19th These destinations may include Golf Resorts, Timeshare Rental Properties, or any other areas seen as tourist destinations by Management. Promotion of these areas within the 19th Hole by any exhibitor through the use of printed materials, contest prizes, decorations, catalogs, or by any other means is prohibited.
- Assignment of Space: If the Exhibitor has not paid for their space in full by the July 23, 2026 deadline, booth assignments and prior requests made with management may be revoked. Management reserves the right to change the floor plan without notice, to provide a more satisfactory, attractive and successful event. Management has the absolute discretion to exercise this right at any time.
- Care of Exhibit Space: The Exhibitor shall care for and keep in good order the space provided to them. Management will sweep aisles each day during closed hours, but this service does not include booth cleaning. An Exhibitor is not to put anything in the aisles during the open hours of the show. All business activities of Exhibitors during show hours must be held within their own exhibit space. The Exhibitor is required to surrender the space occupied back to management in the same condition as it was at the start of the Expo. The Exhibitor will be liable for any damages to space occupied, or equipment furnished.
- Installation and Removal of Exhibits: All exhibits must be set-up and removed in accordance with the set-up and breakdown schedules provided to Exhibitors. Any exhibits not removed in a timely manner will be removed and stored at the Exhibitors expense. The set-up and breakdown schedules must be strictly adhered to for the safety and convenience of all Exhibitors and the timely presentation of the Expo. Installation and removal of exhibits shall be made at the expense of the Exhibitor. Requests for any special services should be made in writing prior to July 23, 2026.
- Exhibitor Staffing Requirement: Each Exhibitor must keep an attendant in their display during all advertised hours of the show. All exhibits must remain intact each evening of the show schedule. Exhibitors that do not show up or breakdown their booth and leave the show early will be fined $500 to the credit card provided at the time of registration regardless of the Additionally, anyone arriving late, leaving before closing time, or breaking down during show hours may also be refused entrance to future events.
- Security: Management will employ overall guard service during the course of the Expo, but assumes no liability for loss or damage by any cause.
- Subletting or Sharing Booth Space: No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or apportion any part of the space allotted to them. Exhibitors will not display any other goods, apparatus, material or service that is not manufactured or distributed by the Exhibitor in the regular course of its business or allow any other person or party to do so. Exhibitors are to keep their printed materials within their booth space and will not be allowed to display any printed materials outside of their booth without prior consent from Management.
- Soliciting & Canvassing: No person, firm or organization not contracted with Management for the occupancy of space at the Expo will be permitted to display, or demonstrate any products, processes or services, solicit orders or distribute advertising material at the Expo. Any infringement of this regulation will result in the prompt removal of the offending person from the exposition building.
- Liability: The Exhibitor acknowledges that Management, its officers, employees, or agents, shall not have any liability for any personal injury to the Exhibitor or its officers, agents, or employees, or to any other person in attendance, or for any damage to any property of the Exhibitor or any of its officers, agents or employees, and are not responsible for any loss or theft of Exhibitors merchandise or Equipment during any period of the Expo or during set-up or dismantling of booths. The Exhibitor understands and agrees that Management’s Security is present to inhibit theft, but that Management and its agents do not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor’s property.
- Food and Beverages: The sale of food, beverages, alcohol, or tobacco products by Exhibitors without prior written consent from Management is strictly prohibited.
- Violations: In the event an Exhibitor violates any provision of this agreement, management shall have the right to cancel this agreement, remove, close or eliminate an exhibit without refund, and refuse future participation in other events in which Management may be associated.
- Prizes, Awards, Drawings, Contests: Prizes, awards, drawings, or contests of any kind that require persons to register in an Exhibitor’s booth, must be submitted to Management for approval in writing prior to July 23, 2026.
