Day 4 Recap: Flight Winners are Set to Compete in Friday’s Championship Round

Let’s hand out some prizes! Fourth-round results of the 38th Annual PlayGolfMyrtleBeach.com World Amateur Handicap Championship are in, the top finishers have been determined and the flight winners are ready to roll for Friday’s championship round at the Resort Course at Grande Dunes.

Earlier in World Am Week, we heard from Corey Faith of Paducah, KY at our Round 2 press conference, and learned of how golf has played a role in his recovery from a serious car accident earlier this year, one which left him in a coma for 41 days. Corey emerged Thursday as one of those flight winners.

Good luck, Corey, and to all World Am flight winners as they compete Friday for the championship! They have advanced along with the top five finishers in the pairs competition, with Friday tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m. ET. You can track their progress throughout the day through our live scoring link.
