The Hackler Course at Coastal Carolina has enjoyed a reawakening over the last several years. Noted architect Craig Schreiner led a renovation that included the remaking of the greens, topped by the installation of MiniVerde Bermuda grass, a new state-of-the-art practice facility, and the other cosmetic changes.
The course is staffed by members of Coastal Carolina’s acclaimed Professional Golf Management program and they bring life to the course and by extension golf in Myrtle Beach. The Hackler Course is one of the area’s classic layouts, and it’s as good as it has ever been.
