Registration for the 29th annual Golf.com World Amateur Handicap Championship opened at 9 a.m. this morning. Keep in mind that you can check in at either the Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach PGA Tour Superstore.
Check-in hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Come on down, claim your goody bag and participant badges and start preparing for Monday morning!

Angelo’s Steak and Pasta has been voted the 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur People’s Choice Restaurant of the Year. The announcement was made Wednesday at Angelo’s Steak and Pasta (2311 S. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach).
Meet the 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship winner: Scott Collette of Knoxville, Tenn. Scott takes us through his journey that first led him to the World Am, and the years that followed that have now culminated in his new status as World Champion!
Scott Collette from Knoxville, Tennessee is the official World Amateur golf champion, defeating 59 other golfers in the Flight Winners Playoff of the 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship Friday played at Thistle Golf Club in Sunset Beach, N.C.
Collette defeated Doug Harvey (Zebulon, N.C.) in a three-hole playoff. Richard Marriott (Paget, Bermuda) finished third, with five golfers tying for fourth place.
