Two New Items Added to the Gift Bag

The gift bag for the Golf.com World Amateur Handicap Championship just keeps getting better.

One of last year’s most popular items, Altera performance socks (retail value: $20), will be part of this year’s gift bag as well. The Altera Golf Sock is made with natural Suri alpaca fibers by Kentucky Royalty for performance and comfort.

World Am players will also receive a ClubGlove Caddy Towel, a product used by the likes of Rory McIlroy, Rickie Fowler, Keegan Bradley and many more on Tour. It’s the best golf specific towel on the market and every World Am participant will get one, complete with the 30th Anniversary World Am logo.

“The gift bag for this year’s event will be as good as any we have had in the 30-year history of the World Am,” tournament director Jeff Monday said. “The alpaca socks and the ClubGlove Towel are both great additions, and most importantly, they are products participants will look forward to using. I have never worn more comfortable socks than the ones from Altera.”

In addition to the Altera socks and the ClubGlove Towel, this year’s tournament gift bag will include:

— Logo’d Oxford Golf Super Dry Quarter-Zip Pullover

— Logo’d Greg Norman Polo Shirt

— TaylorMade Hat

— Logo’d World Am Hat

— Complimentary MyProtoGo Golf Lesson

— $20 PGA Tour Superstore Gift Card

— Sleeve of TaylorMade Penta Golf Balls
