We Are Giving Away 200 SkyCaddie GPS Watches!

The World Am is giving away 200 SkyCaddie GPS watches! Your wait for the first round of giveaways was short, because we have already selected 10 winners.

Here is how you can win going forward:

— Beginning May 28, we will be giving away 10 watches a week through June 19. Winners will be selected via a random drawing among players registered for the tournament (If you haven’t already entered, do so now!!).

— The big haul will come on Tuesday, August 27, at the World’s Largest 19th Hole. We will select a winner and EVERYONE that is playing at the winner’s course the following day will receive a watch. That means two entire flights will win a SkyCaddie GPS watches!!

— Anyone that gets a friend to register and enter their name in the “Referral Source” box during sign up will be entered in a separate drawing to win one of 10 watches. The referred player must be new, meaning that they have not previously played in the World Am. The drawing will be for those who enter between May 20, 2013 and June 19, 2013.

All remaining watches will be used for contest prizes and giveaways at the 19th Hole.

Scott Collette Wins 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship

Scott Collette from Knoxville, Tennessee is the official World Amateur golf champion, defeating 59 other golfers in the Flight Winners Playoff of the 2025 Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship Friday played at Thistle Golf Club in Sunset Beach, N.C.

Collette defeated Doug Harvey (Zebulon, N.C.) in a three-hole playoff. Richard Marriott (Paget, Bermuda) finished third, with five golfers tying for fourth place.

Day 4 of “The World’s Largest 19th Hole” at the 42nd Annual Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship featured more skills challenges hosted by St. André Golf, a visit from Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Matt Pivarnik, ’80s tribute band The Breakfast Club and a special tribute to Tournament Director Ryan Hart Thursday night at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
