World Am Champ Celebrates 2025 Title with Tennessee Home Course Members

The Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship team traveled to Three Ridges Golf Course in Knoxville, Tennessee, to formally honor 2025 World Champion Scott Collette with an onsite trophy presentation at his home course.

Dozens of family members, friends, and fellow members of the Three Ridges community gathered to recognize Collette’s outstanding achievement at the 2025 Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship in The Golf Capital of the World®. The event marked a proud moment for both Collette and his home club, celebrating his triumph over a field of nearly 3,000 competitors from across the globe.

During the ceremony, the World Am team presented Collette with the tournament’s signature trophy — symbolizing not only his individual accomplishment but also the camaraderie and sportsmanship that define the World Am experience.

The celebration reflected the strong sense of community that surrounds both the World Am and the golf world itself. For the team, it was an opportunity to bring a piece of Myrtle Beach to Knoxville and recognize a champion in the place where his journey began.

As Collette’s name joins the list of past champions on the World Am’s perpetual trophy, his victory stands as a testament to dedication, consistency, and the spirit of competition that has defined the event for more than four decades.
