World’s Largest 19th Hole is Ready to Shine

World-Am-par3The World Am got off to a soggy start on the course this morning, but opening night at the 19th Hole should brighten everyone’s day.

Highlighting the 19th Hole activities will be the popular Katrek and Maginnes on Tap Radio show broadcasting live from the main stage and television personality Charlie Rymer entertaining the crowd.

The East Coast Party Band will bring their high-energy act to World Am Live, playing two sets beginning at 6:30 and 8:00 p.m.

The dinner menu, as always, is a good one. Tonight’s featured food will include: Sticky Fingers barbeque, smoked sausage, barbeque meatballs, ribs, chicken, peach cobbler, pizza and, of course, Friendly’s ice cream!

The World’s Largest 19th Hole will be open from 6 to 9 p.m., so come enjoy the fun.

World Am Champ Celebrates 2025 Title with Tennessee Home Course Members

The Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship team traveled to Three Ridges Golf Course in Knoxville, Tennessee, to formally honor 2025 World Champion Scott Collette with an onsite trophy presentation at his home course. Dozens of family members, friends, and fellow members of the Three Ridges community gathered to recognize Collette’s outstanding achievement at the 2025 Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship in The Golf Capital of the World®. The event marked a proud moment for both Collette and his home club, celebrating his triumph over a field of nearly 3,000 competitors from across the globe.
