The 36th annual World Am is underway. We started checking people in at the PGA Tour Superstore in North Myrtle Beach Saturday at 9 a.m. Check-in will run until 7 p.m., so you have plenty of time to play a round of golf and still get to the Superstore. The Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship team traveled to Three Ridges Golf Course in Knoxville, Tennessee, to formally honor 2025 World Champion Scott Collette with an onsite trophy presentation at his home course. Dozens of family members, friends, and fellow members of the Three Ridges community gathered to recognize Collette’s outstanding achievement at the 2025 Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship in The Golf Capital of the World®. The event marked a proud moment for both Collette and his home club, celebrating his triumph over a field of nearly 3,000 competitors from across the globe.
